Club Policies
Preserving the refined atmosphere and mutual respect that has defined the Hamilton Club since 1873.
Dress Code
Dining Room
Professional business attire or business casual is required. For gentlemen, a jacket is mandatory during dinner service. No denim, athletic wear, or open-toed shoes for men.
The Terrace & Lounge
Smart casual attire is permitted. Neat, tailored denim without distressing is acceptable. Collared shirts are preferred for gentlemen.
Special Events
Specific dress requirements (e.g., Black Tie) will be noted on the event invitation. Members are responsible for informing their guests of the required attire.
Electronic Devices
Quiet Zones
The use of cellular phones for voice calls is strictly prohibited in all common areas, including the Dining Room and Lounge.
Discreet Use
Texting and silent browsing are permitted. We ask that all devices remain on silent or vibrate mode to maintain the club's tranquil atmosphere.
Workspaces
Laptops and tablets are welcomed in designated business areas, but are discouraged in primary dining spaces during peak service hours.
Guest Policy
Registration
All guests must be accompanied by a member and registered at the front desk upon arrival.
Responsibility
Members are responsible for the conduct and adherence to club policies of their invited guests at all times.
Frequency
Local guests are welcome to visit the club up to twice per month when accompanied by a member.
Privacy & Conduct
Photography
To protect the privacy of our members, photography and videography are strictly prohibited in the Clubhouse without prior management approval.
Confidentiality
The Hamilton Club is a private sanctuary. Discussions held within the club are expected to remain confidential among members.
Conduct
Members and guests are expected to treat staff and fellow members with the utmost respect and courtesy.
Management's Discretion
The General Manager and club staff are authorized to enforce these policies. Members who do not adhere to the dress code or conduct standards may be asked to adjust their attire or join us at a future time. Policies are subject to change at the Board of Directors' discretion.
